  1. If you are a little chubby that fat is beginning to turn into muscle, if your eating junk food that is burning the muscle that you are working out for. So i recommend not to drink pop or eat chips, that burns wholes in the muscle whoch could be what is going on. Eat healthy food which will work with the body and help you shape up. If you are doing so and this is is still accuring it is just your body getting used to the changes, if you keep working out i guarentee that soon it should be turning into muscle.

  2. Well its normal for kids to have "man b***s" slightly when they're about to reach puberty or are going through it. But just to make sure it isnt just weight gain, do push ups, they'll make your chest muscles stronger. But push ups alone will not help you lose the fat. Eat healthy as well, and drink lots of water.

  3. You are developing a symptom of creamcake misuse...try not to stuff cream cakes in your mouth and swallow them whole...chew them slowly and lightly swallow...just messin mate...maybe it's gynocomastia which is a development of breast tissue which can end in you developing b*****s which I'm sure sounds cool but really isn't...gve it a couple weeks and then see a doctor...dude or girl? you didnt say...Avatars tell people nothing lol, they can't speak

  4. If you had fat stored in your chest area before, and now you are working out, you might be losing fat.  This may cause you to get jiggly for a bit, as your skin isn't as stretched as before.  This should change in time as your skin adjusts and you get bigger muscles.

  5. It's just your body trying to figure out what to send to that area to help out. Once it realizes you are trying to muscle build it will send the right protein and you'll look like Arnold in no time at all.

  6. You could work out the pecs a bit if you want.

  7. uhmm i think u should just exercise stuff tht makes ur chest stronger

  8. what does this have to do with puberty

  9. working out doesn't help if you don't eat right

  10. A lot of guys I know are doing football and rowing to build up their muscles. Maybe you should. But eat right!!!

  11. To get that lean muscle, you need to feed your body lots of protein.  Eat lots of lean chicken breast and fish.  Stay away from fried foods and cut down on bread and cheese.

  12. hi. when you said you're getting softer on the chest, it's just part of puberty. you shouldn't worry about this. this is a reason for it:

    1. when going through puberty, you start to get 'man b***s' which doesn't mean you're growing b***s. if you're confused to whether it's fat or muscle, try this. Lie down and pinch your "breast" between thumb and forefinger. Can you feel a firm, rubbery mound of flesh that feels attached to the back of your nipple? Does it feel wider than a grape?

This is breast enlargement. Not fat.

if you wanna reduce this, work out and eat healthily.

  13. are you eating right? that has to do with all your working out.if your eating healthy and not eating junk food then it may be your body getting used to your working out. if your not eating healthy then your really losing nothing. and do sit-ups and not just weight lifting. exercise your legs also if your not doing it. now about your man-b***s they should be gone if you work out right and eat healthy.

message me if you need help eating healthy i am a health food freak.

    good luck!

  14. probably fat....try to do workouts that benifit that area. good luck =]
