14 years old what to wear to a audition?!?

Question

what should i wear to audition? i'm a 14 year old teenage girl. can i wear jeans? can i wear a skirt? they said to wear upscale lunch like a normal teenager..what does tat mean? lolz helps! and they said to bring a snapshot of myself.. should i bring a resume too? this is my first time audition so i don't relly noe >< helpsss need answers by today!!

First things first, Chill Out! Its upscale so wear a nice skirt or dress pants avoid dinner. Try to wear solids. Don&#039;t make your clothes what they are looking at they need to pay attention to who you are not what you are wearing. Second yes bringing your resume is a really good idea. Bring a fewcopy&#039;ss a long with extra snap shots. The more relaxed you are the better you will preform. (avoid wearing graphic tee&#039;s and shirts with sayings) Also make sure to pull your hair back so they can see your face and also wear comfy clothes, a favorite of my for auditions is gouchos. First - take the time to type correctly.  Directors don&#039;t want someone unintelligent.  I know they won&#039;t see this, but if you&#039;re resumé is typed like your question, it won&#039;t bode well.  yes, you should have a resumé, but only if you&#039;ve actually been in a production.

Upscale lunch? That would probably mean khakis like these - http://fashiontribes.typepad.com/main/im... ballet flats, and a nice blouse.  A fitted t-shirt may work, if it&#039;s not too obviously a t-shirt.  Make sure it&#039;s something they can see your body in, and that you can move well in if you&#039;re going to need to dance.
