Plenty of clothes, If she's started her period then definitely don't forget tampons and/or sanitary pads. Toothbrush, toothpaste, plenty of money that you can exchange for the currency they use in Greece. You may also want extra room for things you bring back. Things to keep you occupied on the plane ride there, if you're taking a plane, and phone chargers.

Plus anything else you think will be necessary.
