14 yrs nipple werid kind of big?

i am 14 im going through puberty i guss still my nipples are big and puffy i hate taking my shirt off im not fat or overweight is there anything to do to get them normal again

Yeah it really sucks. It is teenage gynecomastia, it hits during puberty in some males, it is where the boy had to many female hormones, this produces a gland behind the nipple. This gland pushes the nipple out and makes it puffy. It is really annoying. It goes away in 90% of cases within 2 or 3 years. You could also see your doctor and get him to give you a referral for a surgeon, because you can get it cut out, it is a simple procedure. See http://www.youtube.com/watch?amp=&featur...

It really sucks but just hang in there, if it gets the better of you get the surgery. Otherwise it should go away in the next few years.

im 14 years old too, i used to have this hard button like thing under my nipple but it for the most part went away and im not fat or anything either but yeah theyre all puffy and kind of hang out or whatever, idk what to do about it either but it is annoying as h**l, but if you make them hard they look pretty normal imo, but that probably sounds pretty creepy, idk good luck it should resolve itself
