14mm spark plug torque socket, limits to 25Nm, would it under tighten my spark plugs ?

Hey guys,

Just asking for advise before i part with $170. I saw a set of spark plug socket torques. The 14mm goes up to 25nm of torque (18.44 ft lb)..im afraid that it might under tighten the spark plug since 20ft lb is on the dot (for some)...would this be a good buy ? Please help >< thanks in advance !

save your money a reg. socket is fine.
