  1. Hey, I'm turning 13 in August and I'm having a cook out. I'm just inviting all my Friends to eat cake, hot dogs, brats, hamburgers, and ya... its not that expensive and from experience its fun. also another good idea would be to throw a bowling party. some bowling alleys offer discounts for party's.  making them relatively inexspensive.

    *Bowling party

    *Cook out

  2. stock up on cheap make up... and give all ur girlies a make over! ( i saw this on gilmore girls). also, u could havea major sleep over with all ur best freinds, and havea cookout like the girl before me suggested. take loads of pictures so wen u're much older, u can look thru them and go...oh yea.. there's sally...and oh there' jayne with her big hair! have fun and happy birthday in advance!

  3. I you could have a Disco at home.  I am having one for my son's birthday as it is a mixed party and I did the invitations on CD's with a cover and RSVP slip inside and had him inviting his friends to the disco.  I have now decorated the outdoor entertainment area with lights and hund cds and streamer around and brought a smoke machine for $30.  This is a fun, inexpensive idea and everyone of all ages and both gilrs and boys enjoy disco/underage rages!

  4. grab a bunch of your girls and watch some movies or have a slumber party with all kinds of snacks and stuff..or bake at your party..make your own snacks..find some cool recipes that look yummy and pick 2 or 3 then go shopping for some supplies and bake a few things then pig out...

Go on a picnic. Get a GIANT basket or cooler and go to a local park or field or something get a blanket and chill out in the sun check out some hot guys! hahaha My friends and I had a picnic at our legislative grounds..they had a super pretty fountain/waiting pool thing that we could go in. we brought a big blanket and pigged out on fruit and sandwhiches and veggies and just chilled all day..then before we left we all got in the blanket together and rolled down the hills hahahaha of course i was like 14 o 15 then..but it was super fun.

I hope that helps a little!

  5. You can have a great party at home really inexpensively. You can pick up a lot of things at the $1 store. If you want to do a luau or "summer" theme, the $1 stores have lots of merchandise right now related to that!

Serve chips and dips, and of course a cake. Then just plan some fun activities, depending on if you have guys or girls.

Since you're having a birthday near the Olympics, you could also do an Olympics party if it isn't too hot where you are in August. This could involve some relays and wacky versions of sporting games.

    Have fun!
