14th birthday ideas, please?

Hellooo !

Im turning 14 this december, i realize im a tade early, but my parents want the plans figured out so we can get things going. I really only want my closest friends there so there will probably only be about 4 or 5 people. I want it to be a winter/christmas theme. I live in ottawa, i was wondering if anyone knew how to rent a horse and wagon (you know people sometimes are riding them around christmas) because i was wondering if it would be possible to have them ride us around to see all the ligths downtown, then i wanted to go get hotchocolate or something. does anyone have ANY ideas how to make this really fun, i have absolutely no budget, but remember its a small party for just me and some girlfriends. if you could tell me and snack ideas that tie into the theme that would be great! im in need to things to do/ activities .
