14th birthday party help?

Question

my 14th party is coming up in a couple week, but most of the people who are coming are a fair bit older than me, like, 17, 18 (tho some are 14, 15) - does anyone have any ideas that are really fun, but the older people wouldn't think are too stupid?

believe me you won't even notice the older guys and gals  they will mingle in with the younger group

Try to keep it intimate and not a wild party and minimal guests they think they are special guests now for a theme a fancy dress costume is always a winner and I am sure there is a shop near you that hires out costumes also make it very private with the invites noboy must tell because you will have so many uninvited guests that will make trouble if you try and get them to go Its happened here in Sydney Australia and the idiot told a few friends who told their friends and ended up with 200 and they ran amok and caused so much trouble with the neighbours that the police were called it was bedlam so take a tip and ask your guest to keep it a secret and don't tell them who is going to be there also wear masks its more interesting

I'm 23, and I say clothes swap! Have all your girlies bring their old clothes, shoes, accessories, books, etc that don't fit their bodies or their style anymore (or if they are just sick of looking at them) and have them trade for new. It's a great way to recycle, clean out those closets for summer, and score some new to you goodies. My girls and I always have a blast when we do this, and you, being the birthday girl, would have first pick of course! Have fun.

to the first two, how old are you? 3?

anyway, have like an iPod themed something, some drinks, food (for my 13th i went chocolate fountain the 18 yr olds liked that) and put my stereo out. even do a pinata, but dont fill it with candy maybe some.. teen stuff. i put a couple 2 or three at most prepaid phones, so that might be an idea. remember, a lot of my teenage friends like doing kid stuff, so you might even want to do something like pin the tail on the donkey or potato sack races ( if you can find genuine burlap potato sacks)
