14th birthday party theme?

Question

well im a girl and im inviting 4 girls to my birthday party i would really like a cool! as FUN unique!! theme.. nothing like luau or beach partys or any guy themes but somthing still really fun though pleease help! and also with your theme could you please say things like, what i could have for food, decorations, games and whether it should be a sleepover or not and what time the party should start and finish : ) thanks!

well, you can't really have a fun party if it were just the five of you girls but i think going bowling or to the movies is the best plan.... a swimming party is not such a bad idea either(if you have a swimming pool)

if you really want a party, then you can have streamers or other stuffs you can have fun or be crazy  with your friends... water ballons are fun these summer days..either you can throw those to each other or maybe a water ballon toss (throwing it to each other is way more fun :P )

you can't go wrong with pizza, barbeque, or smoothies for foods and drinks.... having your favorite foods are also good since it's your birthday...oh yeah, don't forget your birthday cake!

hmm, unique themes...

-masquerade

     make and wear masks... be goofy with it, watch the phantom of the opera? lol

-japanese

     eat sushi, hello kitty decorations, draw yourselves as anime characters?

-photo shoot

     get a digital camera, a bunch of wigs and crazy clothes from a thrift store or relative's closets and go nuts

-red carpet movie night

     dress to impress, sign autographs, take pics on a red carpet with cutouts of your fave stars, and watch your favorites

-artsy

     paint pottery, henna tattoos, indoor plants as party favors in the pottery you painted, cook a healthy meal or "made from scratch" birthday cake together

-european

     dress european <- whatever that may be, speak in accents, watch foreign films, eat snails... or maybe some italian pasta, haha

-camping

     put up a tent in your yard/living room, make a campfire, have smore's, do karaoke or sing camp songs

And yeah, def. do a sleepover! That's all I can come up with right this second, but I hope I helped! Don't listen to the others, 5 girls is def. a party! I'm a country girl, we learn to entertain ourselves out here, I have done some of these with friends and it was a blast!

my 14th b-day is coming up 2. ive been looking up different things 2 do and themes 2 have and a website thats really really good for party planning is http://teenpartyideas.com/. go down 2 the part of the page that says "Search all the party ideas for some great Teen Partys!" and type in "14th birthday" or if u already have a theme in mind, u can just type in that theme there 2 get more info on wat other people did for that certain theme. some themes off the top of my head are: masquerade, mall scavenger hunt (i did this 4 my 13th b-day and it was a blast! jus make sure that u invite people who like 2 have fun!), photo shootI (like americas next top model if ur friends r into that sort of thing), hollywood/red carpet (invite people who would dress up fancy), something simple like a certain color (every1 dresses up in green, pink, blue...etc and jus have a house party), campout party (go 2 either ur backyard or a park/lake type od outdoorsy place where u can get a big tent and pretend ur at camp or in the woods, u can toast marshmellows), survival or fear factor type of thing ( pretend u r on that show where the people r on the island and have 2 "battle" 2 win prizes at the end or fear factor wen u eat disqusting/or disgusting looking food and do some kind of phisacal challenge and the winner gets a prize), girls nite out/in ( for gurls nite out, go 2 see a movie or 2 the mall then 2 eat somewhere and back 2 ur place 4 a sleepover, make sure u have lots of stuff 2 do there, for gurls nite in, turn ur house into a spa or movie theater or something that u would have outside but copy it inside of ur house, make each room a different place then head over 2 ur room 4 a sleepover and movies plus gossip and fun, ya know! the "works"!), u could also do some kind of disney themed birthday like with u as cinderella (and ur friends wait on ur hand and foot all day u can wear clear/glass slippers and rent a limo if u can and go2 the movies or amusement park wearing a full out gown! , u could combine this with another theme like a hollywood/red carpet party) the last theme, im thinking of doing this 4 my 14th, a vegas or casino theme ( either rent out a hotel ballroom or some kind of community space, or ur own house if its big enough, and decorate it into a vegas/casino place. have colored streamers and tables with people playing card games like blackjack and poker if u know how to play, and have tickets or chips 2 give ur guests 2  use, they can always get more if they do something like bow down 2 u and say that they r not worthy lol, or do a funny dance in front of every1, then give people little prizes at the end depending on how much "money" they have at the end. oo and 1 fun game is called the human slot machine. have 1 person be the slot machines and the others can play them. the slot machine has a box of candy, like the packet of them with the grapes, bananas, and other fruit? well the slot machine randomly picks 1 out and put it in their mouth w/o the person seeing. the person then pulls down the slot machine's arm and calls out wat they think is inside the person s mouth. the slot machine open their mouth, if the person is rite they get a prize.). and btw u can also see the best of best the website has 2 offer by going 2 http://www.birthdaypartyideas.com/html/w... , which is the winners circle.

whew i typed alot! and about the food u should have? go2 the website i gave u and all should be there! and u should only have a sleepover if u know that u and ur friends will have enough privacy there ( no parents barging in!) and if u have enough space. i had a sleepover 4 my last birthday but i didnt have very much space but it turned out so-so. i had a stuck-up friend there so she kinda ruined the mood 4 me =(, plus 1 of my friends were sick and she was really fun. my stuck-up friend said that my grandparent's house smelled bad..... but it didnt!! it smelled pretty good in fact (like flowers) . so if u do have a sleepover, make sure that u either have really good friends who wont ruin ur mood 4 u, or that ur house is really nice. wat time ur party is at depends on wat exactly ur doing.

Ok so I did this W/ my friends:



Thems/Games:

1.You get some monopoly money ( Or real money) And U and your friends do dares for money. At the end the 1 that has all the money wins.

2. Simple but U and your friends could all bring your favorite movie and wach them.

3. Mistry murder ; you all come up with a story and you characters and who is murderd. U take strips of paper and write all inocent exapt one guilty and then you try to figure out who is guilty.

4. Truth and dare!

5. Bored games ( I hate 'em but anythings fun W/ friends)

6. Scary storys ( A fun classic)

7.Rootbeer drinking contes!

Food/Drinks:

*Rootbeer/ Pepsi/ 7up (Get 1 diet drink )

*Chips ( Get a few diffrent kind)

* Pizza ( A classic and ever1 luvs pizza! U might wanna order 2 or 3 diffrent kind tho If not order chesse)

P.s. make sure to C if any of your friends have a wierd diet ( vegetairan ,ect)
