Alright so I'm turning 14 in about a month, and I want to have a fun but semi-inexpensive, preferably boy-girl party. Any ideas?

  1. always have it at ur house or six flags or u can buy pin the tale in the donkey and also pin yatah dont forget the classics spin the bottle if ur parents alow it oh yeah candy land to that would be fun im 14 so i should know!

  2. well.. it depends what ur into... but what i think is a really good and nice idea is: rent out a local place in ur town w/ a big room for a dance floor and invite loads of people and suggest that each person (instead of a birthday gift) brings $20 -or more- to donate to the charity of your choice. i.e. my friend and i did unicef to raise money for the tsunami (this was a few years ago). it's a really nice idea and both girls and boys really like it... it's just like a giant dance party.. but for a good cause.

  3. Depends on what kind of space you have available.  Hopefully you have lots of space like a basement or something?

Have a themed party, 80's is something that's not too overdone yet.  Make flyers instead of personal invites and circulate them around school.  Be sure to deck your flyer out with some pics with 80's attire and "hair bands".  You know like Poison and Great White.

Everybody could come and rock out to Van Halen and Motley Crue.

Just burn a disk of 80's songs (or have a friend do it) and get the stereo speakers set up with a black light or two in the basement.

Highlighters are fun under the blacklight by the way.

  4. Party at a skate park?  Bowling party then sleep over?

Movies party chill out for a movies afternoon, make popcorn, other food like pizzas ( get pizza bases and everyone makes their own ( you chop up salami, vegies, cheese before hand)

I have 5 kids, we usually have a party at home.

Write invitations for dress up - those who don't dress up  we made black pirate scarf for their heads.

My other kids have had parties at home,

A Pirate/ Pirate princess party, ask your family to help with

pin the patch on the evil pirate face -

hunt for treasure round the house ( we used chocolate coins)

    everyone loves pass the parcel

    watch pirates of carribean

walk the plank - draw a chalk plank - the pirate is blindfolded everyone chants, walk the plank as the pirate walks to the end the one who is closest to the end without " falling off" wins

    Games of sword fighting.

Other games you modify to a pirate party

I guess it depends on what you and your friends are interested in like say Harry Potter or racing cars..

Best wishes and Happy Birthday for a month time!

  5. go to laserforce or paintball or something like that!
