$15 Dollar Itunes Giftcard not working!?

so i just got a gift card, scratched off the code, and the number isnt working on redeem! It's new and i get mixed up. what is the difference between zero and a capital O? And what is the code symbol for r and 6?

a zero looks like 0  and an o looks like O...da zero is skinnier.. and i dont understand ur other question...but ur card does work jst copy da numbers down rite...

dat happened to me da first time me card didnt want to work but den i got da numbers rite

well, first calm down.  Just check all spelling and a zero is tall like this : 0  and a capital o is this : O . Hope you see the diference, the zero is more oval and the r is like this : R  it is capital   The 6 might look like  a capital g  EX.  G  just hang in there and keep trying . Good luck!
