  1. Stop spamming! Why people fall for these cell phone extras is beyond me. Read the fine print people, 9.99 a month AFTER that. They will automatically start billing you every month unless you remember to cancel but then you would have to call customer service. Customer service is probably located in india so be prepared to spell everything out letter by letter several times!
