Simple mathematics, but I just want to get to make sure im right before I spend $330. A 15" woofer will not sit in a sub box that is 35*12*9.25. I would like to get a 15 but this is all the space I have. Just a simple yes or no so I can go ahead and buy the 12. FI Q sub btw, can't wait to order it almost an impossible wait for it to arrive.

  1. No BUY the 12.For the 15 you will need at least 14 in.Or you can change the shape of the enclosure your dimensions give you 2.25 cubic feet not all 15's will perform in this. Are these inside or outside dimensions?

  2. It takes more than simple mathematics to get this right. You can stick a speaker in a box that is the wrong volume or configuration and lose a lot of efficiency. I think I hear a lot of sheet metal and handles rattling. Is that your car?
