No brainer.  Holmes by very lopsided UD.

Holmes already KO'd Weaver shortly before that.  Weaver is strong but he's too easy to hit and Larry, though not as heavier a puncher, DOES punch with enought power and, more importantly, accuracy, to do a lot of damage.  

Some fighters change drastically, like Young George and Old George.  However, Weaver didn't change much between his Pre-title days and post.  From 79 to 82 neither fighter improved much.  Each was as good as he ever was.  

THe result would be the same.

I like Holmes by TKO around round 12.  I think Weaver would put a scare into Holmes and hurt him a few times.  But Larry will bait Weaver into the corner and catch him with an uppercut he didn't see.
