15 year old b-day present!!!

My grandma want me to make her a list of things that i want for my bday. but it should be inexpensive because she doesnt have tons of money because she is also taking care of her mom. i already told her gift cards, jewelry and quality time with her but i cant think of anything else?!?!help!
