15 year old drinking alot???

Question

At school today my friend told me he was going to drink a 700 ML bottle of jack daniels. I tried to tell him not too but he seemed to stuck in his ways. now I know drinking is bad for you anyway but if he drinks 700 ML's of it in one day can this hurt him. as in put him in hospital ECT ?

if that is straight jack daniels than its realy realy! bad for him....he is probably trying to look cooler than he really is just being 15 and drinking like a dumbass say 19 year old. just ignore him. i bet u anything that if he drank this once a day everyday he would be in hospital with serious liver damage and heart problems.

It depends on his tolerance, but yeah could give him alcohol poisoning and put him in hospital.

Then again, i started drinking vodka when i was 15 and I'm still here today...

For one, an amount of alcohol like that is liver suicide; he has to be careful.  This is why you are not allowed to drink till you are 21.  Because idiots like that who drink to get wasted and nothing more.  Kids are not responsible enough to drink!  If you can, do everything in your power to help him change his mind.  If you can't then I guess he will have to experience the pain of liver failure if he really wants to be that "brave."

Another thing- high amounts of alcohol is also a high cause of brain damage.  He could suffer from mental injury.

700ml is much,especially for a 15 yo.i mean,my friend had 750ml in like 3h and he was shitfaced,but hes 19 and thats a big difference
