15 year old looking for a Saturday job?

I'm 15, 16 in Spetember, and me and maybe one of my friends would like a Saturday or holiday job. Don't say you can't get a job when you're 15 in the UK cos lots of my friends already do. Does anyone know of any saturday jobs in Surrey?

My boyfriend is 15, and he does Avon. He gets good money for it and you dont have to put in lots of hard work like you would for other jobs. Also, you can work flexible hours. :D He found his job off www.gumtree.co.uk

Go into your nearest connexions, thats what i did, they have a list of jobs on the board, and they also state the law regarding working under the age of 16

The number one idea is to visit the "HIRE A STUDENT" in your area if there is such an office. Call your City Office and find out. The get job postings there and some really good summer jobs are sometimes available.

The best Saturday jobs for 15 year olds are as follows:

Butcher shops - Saturday delivery or back shop work.

Local market - Saturday is a major business day and helpers are often needed. Talk to the stall owners early as they open their up for the day. Tell them you will accept cash.

Restaurants - Most restaurants right now are very short of people to help in the kitchen. Dish washers in particular (and they mostly use dish washing machines to help do the job so it  is easy enough)

try the local vets or kennels. they often want people to man the phones, clean the kennels, walk the dogs.

Print up some flyers and put them around ure local vets for dog walking, theres plenty of ppl that need their dogs walked, and you can charge £3-5 at least for an hours walk, then all you have do is to find dogs that get along and do what their told and u can take three of four at a time, thats how i did it when i was 15. It'll start off slow but once you get one and do a good job more will come i garauntee. Look to the near future.

Then again if you dont like dogs go to a hotel or nursing home and ask for a job pot washing, theres bount to be someone who will take you on
