I'm a 15 year old male and i need to get in shape i used to be in good shape when i went to school but since Oct 2006 i left public school and was home schooled, i used to be one of the best athletes in my grade but now I've gotten weaker and i tire quickly on very little physical work, i need to build some muscles and build my stamina so if anyone can tell me what some good exercises that i can do at home, that would help me
