15 yr old massive under eye problem?

ok so i am 15 years old and i have this massive under eye problem that i have had for a very very very long time and i am sick of it, i have started to drink more water thats not helping, i get at least 8 hours of sleep at least, i dont know what to do all i know is that i dont want them and am considering surgery when i can get it please please please help me

It is genetic, like your hair colour or shape of your nose.  Dark areas under the eyes are common with olive skin.

It is not a "massive" problem, barely noticable.  You can cover up with make up or just learn to love yourself the way you are.

massage the area out every day with your index fingers, eventually it will go away (might take awhile but it works)
