150 at 13??? wow....?

Hi, im 150 lbs at 13 years of age. I am also 5'3. I am currently on a diet and it is working. all i do is cut out unhealthy foods, and eat trail mix and turkey sandwiches with water. what else do i do to lose weight faster? i want to be 104 lbs, and to look like miley cyrus. how long with this take? an estimate?

  1. Uh...lol miley cyrus. U wanna be stick with no curves. Well anyways. Just eat some protein and no cheetos or cake or cookies. NOTHING WITH Cs. except carrots. Just do some cardio, like running, or if u like dancing, just dance in ur room 2 ur ipod until ur tired


  2. you shouldnt be cutting back on foods yet but if you run 30 minutes a day you would see results in weeks and by the way miley cyrus is g*y

  3. Hi I'm 5'3 and 108

    i find the best thing to do is go for long, intense runs

    and if you can't get out and do that,

    do 20 sit ups in the morning or jog on the spot.

    but don't look up to miley cyrus lol.

    if you run everyday and eat about half of what u are now,

    you should lose about 22 pounds in a month

  4. Depends how much weight you have lost so far and how much you are losing per week. Maybe by the end of the year but yeah like I said it all depends.

  5. Lol dont use miley cyrus as a role model. Work out a few times a week for 45 mins, it go a long way. It will take months but if youre determined it will work

    well cutting out unhealthy foods is definitely good, i also suggest cardio, meaning running, swimming, really anything that raises the heartbeat, it could even be dancing in your room for an hour to an upbeat song. and if you dont like things like running, walking around your neighborhood or local park for an hour still makes a difference.

    104 lbs, err, that is within a healthy range, but i suggest making your goal 115 lbs instead. 115lbs is the reccomended weight for someone 5'3" or even 120 lbs isnt bad at all.

    and miley cyrus, well, once you do lose weight, even if you dont look like miley cyrus dont think that you need to lose more weight. chances are you have different body structures, etc etc. i personally wouldnt use miley as a role model..

    and id say you could lose the pounds within a couple to several months if you kept it up (:

  7. OMG! Not being rude, but ur WAY overweight! My advice, drink plenty of water;eat a nutritious diet;excercise 4 at least 30 minutes per day;and get enough sleep.

    This will depend-if u do the things i listed up there, then it'll take only about 3 weeks at the least.

    P.S-Why Miley Cyrus? She's such a ho.....
