15th B-day Party PLanning ( Girl)?

Well I'm a girl of course... Anyways its going to be in July so its going to be like a tea party but without tea. Its going to be like classy french theme but with an obvious summer vibe.Dress- Summer Dresses. The menu will probaly be from la madeline, homeade salad and mini kobe beef burgers( of course b-day cake). Beverages- Raspberry Lemonade, Soft Drinks, Juice, and Water.. Anyways I need some more help with party ideas(entertaing , table scape , and invitation wording (please be specific) ( something classy, young yet not cliche or cheesy please).

You could have a Southern Belle theme where your friends

dresses up like the girls did in Gone With The Wind.

For appetizers you could do little tea sandwiches, (cucumber sandwiches) and little finger foods and pastries on fancy dishes

use tea cups and saucers for whatever you're drinking (lemonade or something) or punch cups

put everything on doilies, maybe even the invitations
