Hello,

I am 16 and I am a little chunky. I am on a diet, but what is the best exercises to loose jiggly belly fat?

I'm gettin ready for next summer. Gotta look good for the chics, LOL!

  1. You need a cardio workout to lose the fat.But if you want to tone it also you could do 50-100 sit-ups a day.


  2. You can not target a specific body part for fat removal- it comes off from every part of your body at once- once you lose a significant amount, your belly will be smaller.  

  3. do a mix of cardio and working out

    do some ab excersizes, uper body, lower body

    cardio can be anythinh from basketball to running on a treadmill

    if u start working out, ull build muscle and that will start turning your flab into muscle and the cardio will really help you take out extra fat

    mix up your workout routines as well


  4. start jogging.  It will help tone your body and help your cardio.  Also do crunches every other day and limit your carbs.  You'll look great in no time.
