People are offering me nanny jobs from UK they see my profile from an agency on the website. Im just not sure on how to trust them. Is there any way i can do a backround check on them?

That address is a legitimate one.  You can always check an address is real by using the postcode finder.  Many people give the wrong postcode when they give out false addresses.

BUT...just because the address is real does not mean that the job offer is genuine.  What about the telephone number?  Does it begin with anything like 44 70.  If it does then you are being scammed regardless of the genuine address.  Phone numbers that begin 44 70 are mobile numbers in the "find me anywhere in the world" range, and the person answering the phone could be absolutely anywhere...even in the room next to where you are calling from!  Those numbers are the type used in advance fee scams.
