16 Need To Loose 1 Stone In 2 Weeks?

Hi can anybody help me to loose a stone in 2 weeks or 3 before going back to school im bout 5'10'' and 11.5 Stone now and want to get down to 10.5. Anybody got guidence or help? Thanks

  3. No way can you lose that much in that time. Aim to lose about 2lbs a week. That would make it about half a stone.

    You need to be strict though, no eating after 6. Cut down on bread. Don't snack on c**p - have fruit instead. Don't eat crisps (seriously, this alone will make you lose weight). Eat a healthy breakfast. Weetabix kicked of my weight loss. Just have them plain with milk and some artificial sweetner (get splenda or something. It has something crazy like 1kcal per spoon or something whereas sugar has something like 50kcals per spoon).

    Combine this with exericise (running/jogging will get the weight off the quickest. Preferably at least 30mins, and try to go as much as possible. Even get up early in the morning if you like if you're embrassed or anything). Do all this and you might even lose more.

  4. try lecithin capsules, have one everythime you eat anythin weather its a bananna or a full meal you can get them from health shops  

  5. Answer is simple, go on a soup diet and eat less than 1000 calories combined with exercise. Don't eat bread with the soup, instead drink a lot of water after the soup to make yourself feel bloated so you won't feel like eating anything else.

    I don't recommend doing this because you will lose muscle mass but if that's not a problem then go for it.

    I know this works because I did exactly the same thing for 2 weeks and I lost exactly a stone.

    best you will do is half that

    1200 calories a day maximum

    25gm fat maximum

    30 mins a day exercise.

    drink 2 litres of water a day

    no food after 6pm each evening

    you will then lose about 4 pounds a week.

  7. You might lose 4 or 5 lbs if you commit yourself. However unrealistic aims will do you no favours. The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer.

    In practise for problems that came up on a regular basis we tended to use patient leaflets to avoid having to repeat ourselves this seemed a sensible use of resources. What follows is thus in effect me information leaflet.

    Weight loss and fitness is always a long term commitment and never a quick fix. If you really want to reduce your weight a bit, this is a complex regime, that should help, I would get a pencil to write it down, in case you forget any of the intricate details.

    Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:-

    1) Eat less

    2) Take regular vigorous exercise

    Repeat 1 + 2 forever

  8. I dont know if it will work for you mate but I can share my experience. Years ago I had a back injury and was bed ridden, I was unable to get to the kitchen to eat so what I did was to put the microwave on the table beside me and I always had tins of soup at hand which was easy to warm in the microwave. I had three tins a day for about two months before going into hospital. I was amazed when they weighed me, I had lost four stone.
