16- Wear a Bra Or Not??????

heyy I'm 16 I was wondering if I need to wear a bra all the time?

My b***s are a 32 B, so not that big..

It feels better without a bra, but i dont want them to go all saggy... Is it best to just wear one?

Also, is it bad to sleep in a braa?

you should were a bra is help u stand and look correct despit u may not wanna were one being loos is not a good look at all for any young woman who thinks higly of her self. I sugest that if you dont like a regular bra get a sports bra or a padden tank it will help and help to cover wen you have head lights problems..lol
