Ok, I've been reading about not being able to pull your f******n back, and the infections you can get, it's really worrying me, I only just ever realised yesterday that you have to, I tried pulling it back with my fingers, and I can't, I get to the point were it opens slightly, like a small hole, but I just feel a small amount of pain doing it, and I'm scared incase it rips or something, It just feels horrible, I've read that if I pull it back each day as much as I can slowly, while in the shower or bath, and after afew weeks it will eventually pull back normally, and also, when I do finally pull it back, whenever that will be, what should I do? I heard of that problem were it gets stuck and you can't put it back normal, that worried me too.

what do you suggest? Thanks!

P.S I'm NOT getting Circumcised.

  1. You know I would stop worrying about it.  Just leave your p***s alone and make sure you don't damage it by putting a lot of pressure on it (particularly when masturbating).  It should stretch all by itself.

  2. try using vaseline! that,s what i did the first time. put it on the tip and work the skin back and forth until it goes all the way back.

  3. Don't worry a tight f******n is common in teens. You're right if you keep pulling it back daily it should get better. Sorry it feels uncomfortable but it should feel normal in time. If not you can see your doctor and there is a cream available that helps with this.

The problem where it gets stuck is called paraphimosis, you're unlikely to get that unless you pull it right back and then leave it there. I think paraphimosis is pretty rare.

Once you can pull it all the way back then you can rinse under it daily and that'll be fine for keeping it clean. It will also make masturbation and s*x more fun if it can freely retract.

  4. A tight f******n is surprisingly common and can usually be self-treated at home in private.

It involves stretching exercises (ideally in the bath/shower) to make it easier to pull back. Be patient, because it must be stretched daily over several weeks, but it will be worth it in the end!
