16 year old dad, 18 year old mom, any legal Problems???

hey im 15 years old right now and i found out my girlfriend was pregnant when she was seventeen , she is now 18 and i will be 16 in september. i wanna know if we will have any legal problems if i give my kid my last name. neither my parents or my girl friends parents plan to sue anyone. she is six months and after the baby's born we want to go to Guatemala for vacation , because thats where we are from. Since i ,as the father, have to sign permission for the baby to go out the country, can i or my girlfriend get in any trouble by the law(she is due by november).

As long as u are there to sign the birth certificate she can put your name on it.  She conceived when you both were underage, so I don't think there would be a problem.

Depends in the state you live in. If you live in a state where the age of consent is in your favor then you should have no problem if not then.... Here check to see what applies to you.

in most states ya... if any one finds out your girl friend will be considered a s*x offender for he rest of her life

she can give the baby any lastname she chooses so if you BOTH agree on yours that isn't up to anyone but her.  As far as other legal issues they are out there like Child Support .. you are responsible for this child and will need to help pay for it.

Wait ..... you ..... oh nvm your parents would probably sue her for attmped rape since you are 15 and she is 18 but then again it really depends on how your parents and her parents are taking this before any legal action is caused
