16 year old doesn't want to see his mother?

My 16 year old stepson doesn't want to spend every 2nd weekend with his mom anymore. Can she oblige him or does he have the right to say no more? We live in ontario/canada

at some point teenagers start to "rebel" in a way it happenes to everyone. they want to be less dependent and do there own things

Your  stepson should be upfront and explain to his mother that he doen't want to visit every 2nd weekend and why he doesn't want to visit,since he doesn't want the visits as scheduled he should sit down and compromise with his mother about when he can visit with her.
