  1. go to a doctor for a physical for school, and bring it up to the doctor.  The doctor would help in talking with your mom about it.

  2. Next time you go to the doctor ask him/her about it.

  3. Nothing. It's surgery, or nothing. I suggest a good bra.

  4. as far as i know, surgery is not the only option.

express your concerns with your family doctor.  i mentioned this in an earlier question but if you are really thin but have gynecomastia, you may want to ask your doctor about hyperthyroidism.  the development of breast tissue is a common symptom with this disease.

i would also suggest really having a long talk with your parents about your situation.  tell them how it effects your self-esteem.  our bodies are often the cause of many psychological problems.  make sure you research some possibile solutions - don't just go in asking questions.  it's always good to have some options for your parents to choose from and then maybe you both can come to a decision that works for you both.
