16 year old who can't get a full erection... HELP!?

Question

I got a new girlfriend about a month ago and ever since then I havn't been able to get it fully erect down there. Before I had a girlfriend I never had this problem before, whenever I masturbated for example it was fine.

Now, even when I've tried masturbating it gets semi-hard, but not fully. I havn't had s*x before, and I'd say that it's still hard enough to penetrate if the time comes, but I've even lost an erection in the midst of 'stimulation'.... Anythign I can do? Will this recover???
