16 years old, can't stay hard during s*x with a condom on..?

I'm 16.. I've had a gf for a year now, we've been having s*x for 6 months off and on.. I'm 8 inches long, but when ever i put a condom on, I can't stay hard for no more then a few min.. Does it have to do with my size? I use magnum but still loose it after a min or too, even without comming.. It's really upsetting me, and it's starting to bother her and it's making me nervous..

Help please...?

Wow.  Epic fail.  But seriously, it could be that the condom is cutting off blood flow.  Try using one size bigger.

It may be due to the loss of sensitivity by using a condom.  Try practicing by wearing a condom when you m********e.  That will help you get used to the feeling of wearing a condom and also help you learn how you may need to be stimulated differently when wearing a condom.

Please consider waiting a few more years before having s*x again.  If you wait, you won't have to worry about STD's and pregnancy and such.  There's plenty of other things that a young couple your age can be doing.
