okay i am sixteen yours old and my mom wants to get me a used car i am saving the money but anyways she wants me too soo when i get that car does she sign for me? and does she get insurace under her name again this car is mine how will that work i live in new mexico???

Yep. She'll have to co-sign for you. And she'll be ON your insurance, even if it's yours. You're a minor, and therefore can own basically nothing of merit.
