  1. Girls mature faster than boys. You may think of him as "young" because of how you acted at his age. Don't worry unless he is getting in trouble with the law, ect.

  2. Take away his TV or computer privileges.

  3. hes a boy

  4. My husband is 26 and acts 12...they never grow up. That's the great thing about guys. I think you should let him be a kid as long as he needs to. Growing up sucks, I wish I were still sixteen

  5. Treat him like hes 16...make him get a job and do his own chores for starters if thats not already taking place.  Make suggestions for things that he can do with his friends that arent childish if hes immature in that sense (stll playing with toys).  Give him 16 year old responsiblities...mowing the yard, taking out the trash ect.

  6. Well, boys are very immature at sixteen. There's nothing you can do.

  7. he's still young, let him grow by himself.

im 18 and my mom thinks i act 12..lol,

    thats moms for you.

  8. boys never grow up, dont you have a husband?? if you do, you should know what i mean...lol

  9. ...give him time, it will take awhile..you can give him more responsibilities though!! =]]

  10. Thats pretty ambiguous. In what way does he act 12?

I think you should prob let him grow up in his own way and not MAKE him act like anything. Don't give him the message that he is not ok as is and has to pretend to be someone else for others to accept him.

    Be a good mom!

  11. he will grow up when its time most of them do all you can do is hope.

  12. Although I may be young in age as well, actually the exact same age as your son, I really think the best thing to do to help him grow up is to give him controlled space. If you help him find a job and maybe some other new hobbies that are more near his age he may start to catch on to some responsibility and lose his unmature manor. Do this and allow him to have time out on his own too and he will feel respected more like an adult and therefore, begin acting like one.

  13. just be patient...i know it can be annoying the way he acts but he will muture....maybe u should send him to the milatary and man him up a bit! scary **** out there...it will definatly make him act his age lol jkjkjkjk!

  14. give him responsibilties . like chores , cutting grass , what ever to earn some money . and if he asks for money , make him earn it .

  15. L0U S IS RIGHT U POSTED THS B4 STOP POSTIN OT MAYBE???

  16. give him a reality check

treat him like hes 16 its summer now so make him get a summer job then he might do some growing up
