Can spend 162 Million dollars on the war in Iraq, but they can't help the homeless and all the people that are only getting like $10 a month in food stamps, plus all the people who don't have health insurance or ones that can't find a job, people that are losing their homes?

Does it mean we care more about other countries, than we care about our own PEOPLE?

  1. Hello, from Tn U.S.A: The poor and homeless don't generate enough revenue in taxes for your government to concern itself with. As long as majority are working they are content.

  2. Pretty much.

  3. haha....the ironic thing is WE (American Taxpayers) are paying for Iraqis to have free/universal healthcare....at $950 million per year.

  4. That's chump change, son; I believe the real number is $12 BILLION bux and that's how much we're spending in and on Iraq EVERY MONTH. Big, big bux!

  5. I think you mean Billion. It is interesting that our government has higher priorities than health care, education, feeding the hungry and housing the homeless. I've heard "REFORM" from almost every president for the past 40 years, and it keeps getting worse.
