16th Birthday Ideas?? Please Help!!?

My birthday is in a month and I want to plan an awesome birthday. I don't want like a party party but like a day/or night of fun. It will be for a group, a small one though. Maybe two different activites like something with family and friends and than just friends. I live in Northern California, so any activites near here would be great. I just want something different that most people dont do for a party. We had dune buggie driving in mind but I'm not old enough. We also thought of a limo night but my mom thinks we should do something more than just that. Please give me any exciting ideas you have : ) Thank you!!!!!!!!

You could have a Monte Carlo night theme, kind of like a more party-ish version of a Casino theme.

You could aslo have a Rave theme, and make everyone wear white or a light color.

You could go and get a manicue/pedicure/your hair done somewhere, then go from there in a limo and pick up all your friends and go to a nice restaurant for dinner. After that go to a nice hotel somewhere and you can stay the night there. If you wanted to you could invite your family to the dinner, or have a lunch with them the next day. =D
