16th Surprise Party Ideas?

My brother is turned 16 a couple of days ago. But me, my mom, his girlfriend, and his best friend are planning him a 16th surprise birthday party this weekend. We were planning on getting the M&M's that are customized but it's too expensive and too late to order them so do you have any other very cool ideas of what else to do? Please help! Thank you!

you guys could all do some really fun karaoke or go somewhere fun out to dinner to one of those japnese restaurants where they prepare your food in front of you. you could even tell the restaurant ahead of timethat you are celebrating abirthday so they could do something special for you guys and you can bring something you want them to surprise him with like a personalized cake, so he feels like it was impossible. he will love it. maybe the woman could help you. some places have a photograph cake that can have any picture placed over it. just get creative and remeber what he enjoys most.
