16th birthday party elsewhere other than at our house?

I am wanting to hold my daughters 16th birthday party somewhere else other than at our house and would love to know if there are any venues that cater for the underage market. A hall is too big, our house is too small and bars, pubs & clubs are for 18+. Please help her birthday is in July '08!!!!!

What about a local Park that has a BBQ grill and there is enough room to dance? But will not mind if you put a portable dance floor. It's in July so maybe correspond it with the town fireworks display.
