its my brothers 16th birthday and i have not got a clue what to get him and we don't have alot of money any ideas? and im in uk

I second the clothing.  When my brother turned 13 I started buying him shirts to the exclusion of all else for his birthdays.  

At first I was getting him the cool stuff that our mother wouldn't think of buying but this past birthday she ordered him a Daily Dinosaur Comics T-Shirt! SHE HAS CAUGHT ON! BLAST!

So yeah.  If you know is taste, clothing is a great gift.
