  1. you're body, assuming you are male, stops major vertical growth around 18-20, but you start spreading around 23-27... and 5' 11" 135 lbs. isn't really filled out...  with that said, get the tattoo, because it will stay proportionate to your body as you grow, the only major problem will be light spots in the solid colored areas, which, if you go to any respectable tattoo shop, shouldn't be an issue, as tattoo touch ups are usually free for life.

    good luck!

  2. yeah you'll start getting thicker around 21. I would wait till your older to get your tat. but thats not my judgement. tattoos there stretch minimally. tat's on the inside of the arm stretch more. this is also only if u get slightly thicker. the thing that sucks is stretch marks tearing through the tattoo, and that doesnt really happen on triceps. itll probably start to look faded and move towards the outside. but not really have any lines going through it or anything. If you get huge it might warp and the lines will become blurry, i'd say wait.

  3. if you plan to grow huge muscles or weight training you do risk stretching your tattoo

it's best to wait till you are 18yo or over when you body stops growing, or slows, so you won't risk distorting your tattoo. your body is going from kid to man body now so you might do some more growing.

  4. you are real young and most likely going to grow a little more within the next 7-8 years..... and yes that means your tat will stretch. and i find it unlikely that touch ups witll keep it from looking stretched out. when girls get them in their abdomen and they stretch out after weight gain and kids and such it is very hard to revive them and make them tlook normal. keep that in mind and try to get one in a place that wont stretch too much more.
