17 going UK consent form?

If a 17 year old wants to go to the UK would they need a parental consent for of some sort? where can we get one?

Filipino nationality/Citizen of US.. would we need a visa?

Travelling with other Adults but not parents

  1. you just need to go to a notary with a letter of permission that your parents wrote.  The notary needs to see ID from your parents and your parents have to sign the letter in front of the notary.  They will then notorize it and you should be good to go (bring 2 copies and have them notarize both so you have a back up)
