17 year old to has business plan?

Question

I'm only 17, but i have make 1 business plan on cyber cafe.

am i too young to make business plan at this age?

Will the banker will prove it? I need 80k more as a kick start.

Nowadays with dsl as low as $13/mo, I don't think investing in a cyber cafe business is worthwhile. All the cyber cafe I've known seem to just went out of business. It will cost more to maintain then to make profit. And 80k to start? I have no comment on that... ><
