17th Birthday Black out Party Help me PLEASE!!!!?

OK.. so im having a black out party for my 17th b-day but im confused on wat my guest should wear, eat, and what the invitations should look like..any suggestions??

If you are going to have a black light have your guest wear white or neon colors that will stand out and glow. Invitations should deffinatly be black with neon colors if you can do that. I would just have regular food maybe incorperate neon color plate and cups. They make some glowing cups which are cool but probably not cheep. You can get glow neclaces at the dollar tree. Oriental trading has some cheep but neat stuff like nean top hats.

i assume that a black out party means to turn off all the lights and have it at night.....

maybe your guests should wear dark clothes to fit in with the theme.

food: im guessing just regular party food. everybody likes chips, dip, salsa, veggies, fruit.

maybe the invitations should be on a glow in the dark paper or you could get those glow stick necklaces and tape a piece of paper with the info on it.
