There is no way you'll qualify for a loan. You have no credit history, Worse, no car payment history. You have no money for a down payment and no cosigner. And your gross monthly income is way short of qualifying, even if you had established credit.

You won't even qualify at a buy here/pay here lot. It's time to wake up and get real. Getting financed for a car is far in the future or you if you keep a steady job for at least two years, get a credit card and keep it in good standing for at least a year, make a minimum of $2,000 a month and have less than $680 going out each month, INCLUDING your car payment and insurance (or a debt-to-income ratio of 34% or less), and have at least 20% of the selling price to put down, then you may have a shot at getting financed.

That's the reality of your situation.

Check tow yards.  They lien cars people don't pick up.

When people get arrested, their car gets towed and it sits in the tow yard so long the tow shop slaps a lien on it and can legally sell it for the towing/storage amount.

Sometimes you can get a fairly decent car for a nominal amount of money.

You can also check transmission shops, mechanical shops or even dealerships.  

Sometimes people just can't (or won't) come up with the money to pay the repair bill on a car that isn't worth the amount of the repair.  Often these cars are sold for less than the repair amount just to get them out of the way.
