18" doll brand name..?

I remember finding an ad on Craigslist to sell an 18" doll, but I forgot the brand. There were around $38 or so, and I'm not sure where they're sold.

They look similiar to MyScene or Barbie dolls, it may be that brand, but I searched the site and didn't find anything.

They come with an outfit, some accessories, and a case to fit her inside.

I think you may be talking about those "Teen Trends" dolls Mattel makes. (they also make myscene and barbie) The teen trends dolls are 17" tall though. Here's some pictures:
