Is it illegal for an 18 y/o boy to have sexual relations with my daughter who is only 16 y/o? I need to end this before it starts up and need the source documented.

But it is only two years. Your daughter is sixteen; that makes her a big girl and old enough to make her own decisions and mistakes. What's the big deal?

Yes it is illegal.  If they have s*x then the guy can be charged with statutory rape, even if your daughter had s*x willingly.

The answer you are looking for is going to depend alot on where you live. What state, what county... you should be able to do  search on google to look up laws on statutory rape where you live. Or you can call the police or courts and see what the laws are, they vary by state.

In some states this is perfectly legal, on others it may not be.

It is not possible to be 18 and have a 16 year old daughter as she would have been born when u were 2 years old...Its not possible u would not have been able to.

Also its not legal for family to have s*x with each other. And a father having s*x with their daughter is plain SICK

Lots of variables here, I suggest you trust the morals that you have instilled into your daughter to help her make the right decisions.

not necessarily.. depends on what state you live in.  A lot of states have a 2year consent law stating that if she is 16 and he is 18 (in your case) and she consents then it's totally legal.
