  1. You should go to a dermatologist to take care of those pimples.  Perhaps they may even know what's causing your hair loss at such a young age.  If you're female, you can take spironolactone (ask your dermatologist) to make your hair grow back.  I'm not sure what the equivalent is for guys other than Rogaine.
