18 yr old starting a business. Help please!?

Question

I have recently left sixth form. I am conducting some market search for a business I am considering to start. Please can you answer the following questions:

1)Do you currently have a favorite brand of sock?

2)What do you look for when purchasing a pair/pairs of socks? i.e. colour, material

3)How often do you purchase new pairs of socks?

4)Would you purchase socks online?

5)How much do you spend on a pair of socks?

6)What is your favorite clothing chain?

All I care about when I buy socks is that they're clean and if they don't cost over $1 pair, I would buy them online.  My favorite clothing chain would be Macy's, but I would only buy socks there if they were on clearance.  Good luck.  I'm sure you wll do well.

2) Cotton needs to be the primary fabric; I don't like thick or tight socks

3) twice a year - 6 to 8 pair at a time

4) yes I would buy online if it was a brand I knew and liked

and i just turned 19

Hi 1 no,2 value for money,3 every 3 months in bulk,4 yes i do, 5 least as poss, 6 M&S, matalan.

now its a good idea to look at socks because i agree with you its a good market place. you need in today's climate, price, quality and brilliant marketing to reach your potential customers. its not going to be easy so start small stay focused. Good luck
