ok,so i want to find a site (one for free and i dnt have to login on anythink) that will show me maps of places in ireland in the 1800 i am looking for macroom in cork please if anyone knows ,reply

  1. I know Macroom. It's on the main road from Cork to Killarney. You could probably find it on Google Maps quite easily.

    And they are free.

  4. I haven't found a link to any maps but this is the link to the Macroom branch of Cork County Library, they should have a reference librarian or books on the local area which could be accessed or they may be able to put you in touch with someone in the National Archives:
