180E Hoop problem

Question

I have a 180E and I switched embroidery designs from a medium hoop to a design that needed a large hoop. The machine doesn't recognize that I have a large hoop on. It thinks there is a small hoop and I keep getting the error message to " change to a larger hoop" I've tried everything I can think of to try to get it to do a bigger design, but I keep getting the same error message.
Please help..
