if you've been best friends for a long time then a scrapbook of the two of you would be cool. however, concert tickets are always fun.

if she really is ur best frnd, i'm sure that her best birthday present would be u itself. but u cant literally give urslf. So give her a handmade present.... a card or arty stuff if she likes it... if she likes fashion, then give something like that... good luck

A bear from build a bear that way she knows u built it with love rather than buyin it as is + u can record a special message to her and stuff it so that she can press on the paw or the heart and hear a warming message from u.  Its the thought that counts and i think u puttin ur time and effort into makin her a one of a kind bear (cuz u can accesorise it as u want to make it unique) is waaaaaaaaaaaay more special than something u just buy and cant modify to show that u put time into creating.  Shes offically becommin a young lady just leaving her kid image so it reminds her she isnt old oh and what girl doesnt like stuff animals? hmm?
